The City of Pleasant Hill Building Dept. is excited to announce the launch of the City’s new online permit and plan management system

- Applying for all building permits (including uploading plans)

- Check inspections scheduled for today (Available after 8:30am the day of your inspection)
All new users must register for an account. A log-in is required to apply for a permit or schedule an inspection. Once logged in, all permits tied to the account will be available to view.

Submitting Permit Applications Electronically
Upon completion of the electronic registration process, the contractor may begin submitting permit applications electronically.
Permit Applications and Resubmit/Revision Applications shall be submitted to the City of Pleasant Hill Permitting Office through the PHill Online Service Center. The customer will upload both the application and any required plans through the portal. For submissions requiring plan review the applicant will be invoiced for 50% of the permit fee. Upon verification of payment, the permit will move into plan review for those cases requiring technical plan review
If corrections are required, a notification will be sent to the applicant, using the email address provided on the application, outlining the required corrections. The applicant must make the necessary corrections, and upload the revised application or plans to the PHill Online Service Center.
If no corrections are required, the applicant will be notified of the fees due, which can be paid online through the PHill Self-Service Portal.
