Overview
The City’s Clean Water Program exists to comply with State and Federal Clean Water regulations governing "non-point source" pollution. Non-point source pollution is pollution that is mobilized, transported and discharged with storm water runoff.
The Pleasant Hill Clean Water Program implements the City of Pleasant Hill-specific components of the
Contra Costa Clean Water Program.
The program staff is currently preparing revisions to the City's Land Development regulations. The changes will affect the
General Plan, the
Zoning Ordinance, Public Works Standards and other Municipal Code Sections as well as supplemental guidance documents.
If you have any questions about the City’s Clean Water Program, please contact Engineering staff at (925) 671-5264.
