The City Council, at its meeting of August 7, 2017, gave direction to staff to prepare a resolution changing the meeting time of regular City Council meetings to 7:00 p.m. (currently 7:30 p.m.). Regular meetings will continue to be held on the first and third Mondays of each month (unless the Monday falls on a holiday, in which case the meeting shall be on the next non-holiday Monday).

The City Council welcomes feedback from the public on the earlier meeting time prior to considering the resolution on September 11, 2017. Comments may be sent via the City’s online form at http://www.ci.pleasant-hill.ca.us/forms.aspx?FID=137 or via email to the City Clerk at cityclerk@pleasanthill.org and will be included in the City Council agenda packet. Members of the public are also welcome to speak during Public Comment at the September 11, 2017 City Council meeting beginning at 7:30 p.m.
