The City of Pleasant Hill Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed zoning ordinance amendment related to Sign Permit and Architectural Review Permit procedures (Section 18.105.030, 18.115.030). The proposed amendment is intended to streamline the appeal process to better consolidated project appeals when multiple permits are requested and multiple review bodies are required to review the request. 

The Planning Commission will conduct the public hearing starting at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, in the City Council Chambers, 100 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill. Interested persons will be heard at that time.  The public notice can be viewed HERE.
