The City of Pleasant Hill City Council will hold a public hearing to consider recommendations from the Planning Commission concerning a proposed zoning ordinance amendment to allow commercial recreation & entertainment and fitness studios in the Light Industrial Zoning District subject to review and approval of a conditional use permit.  This would only apply to the northern portion of the existing Light Industrial (LI) Zoning District.  The proposed amendment is intended to allow these types of uses within the LI Zoning District provided that a conditional use permit is approved and project impacts are reviewed and addressed through the conditional use permit process. 

The City Council will conduct the public hearing starting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, on November 19, 2018, in the City Council Chambers, 100 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill. Interested persons will be heard at that time.  The public notice can be viewed HERE.
