Former mayor Paul Cooper passed away on Wednesday, May 8 at his Pleasant Hill home. Services will be at 1 p..m. Tuesday, May 14 at Queen of Heaven Cemetery,1965 Reliez Valley Road, Lafayette. Mr. Cooper served on the Pleasant Hill Council for 21 years, from 1978 to 1999, and served five separate terms as Mayor.
