Former mayor Paul Cooper passed away on Wednesday, May 8 at his Pleasant Hill home. Services will be at 1 p..m. Tuesday, May 14 at Queen of Heaven Cemetery,1965 Reliez Valley Road, Lafayette. Mr. Cooper served on the Pleasant Hill Council from 1978 to 1999, including an unprecedented five separate terms as Mayor.
