30 Day Public Review - Announcement

The City of Pleasant Hill has released the Draft Housing Element for a 30 day public review period.

What is the Housing Element?


The Housing Element is a chapter of the General Plan that identifies and analyzes existing and projected housing needs in order to preserve, improve, and develop housing for all economic segments of the community.

A copy of the Draft Housing Element may also be reviewed at the City of Pleasant Hill Planning Division, 100 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523.


How long is the public review period?


The public review period is a 30 day period that begins on November 9, 2022 and runs through December 9, 2022. During this public review period, the City of Pleasant Hill welcomes all public comments.

The City of Pleasant Hill will hold a Joint City Council and Planning Commission meeting in December 2022 to allow additional opportunity for public comment. The time and date will be announced through a subsequent notice.
