The City of Pleasant Hill has released the Draft Housing Element for a 30 day public review period and will hold a Joint City Council and Planning Commission meeting to receive additional public comments.
What is the Housing Element?
The Housing Element is a chapter of the General Plan that identifies and analyzes existing and projected housing needs in order to preserve, improve, and develop housing for all economic segments of the community.

How long is the public review period?
The public review period is a 30 day period that begins on November 9, 2022 and runs through December 9, 2022. During this public review period, the City of Pleasant Hill welcomes all public comments.

How can I comment in person?
The City of Pleasant Hill will hold a Joint City Council and Planning Commission meeting on December 13, 2022 at 6:30 PM to allow additional opportunity for public comment. Out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety for all attendees, due to the recent resurgence of the COVID virus the option to participate will be via remote/virtual option only as noted below:
