City Council to Discuss By-District Elections at July 10 Special Meeting
On Monday, July 17, 2023, at 7 pm the Pleasant Hill City Council will hold a public hearing on the ordinance being considered that would transition the City to By-District Elections, adopt Electoral District Map 5 (pictured), and establish the sequence of elections using the new electoral districts.
Following the first reading of the ordinance, the only change made by the council was to re-order the numbering of the districts. The updated ordering and the sequence
of elections can be seen in the map pictured.
The meeting will be held in person in the City Council Chambers, 100 Gregory Lane, and via Zoom teleconferencing. The agenda with all Zoom login information can be found online at
