The public hearing will be held by the City Council starting at 7:00 p.m. on MONDAY, AUGUST 7, 2023, in the CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, City Hall, at 100 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill and through Video/Teleconference via Zoom Conference Meetings. Interested persons, both in-person and those participating through Zoom, will be heard at this time at the meeting. More information on how to participate via zoom, including providing live comments during the meeting, will be provided on the posted City Council Agenda.
Notice is also given pursuant to Government Code Section 65009(B) that, if this matter is subsequently challenged in Court by you or others, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else has raised at a Public Hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Pleasant Hill at, or prior to, the Public Hearing.
